Chilean Seabass is found throughout the Chilean coast at depths of about 2,500 meters. It is a dark gray color on the back and sides, getting lighter gray on the ventral area. It is caught by day boats using hooks. Its White, thick and flavoured meat makes this product highly demanded in the US, Mexico, Singapore and China, among other countries.
